Hi, blog! It’s been a hot minute since I posted any updates. 2018 has been crazy busy and not in a bad way. I’ve been having a blast! There’s been a few major life changes and a lot of minor ones that are still on-going. I think I’ll go a bit more in depth about them in my next posts or in my 2018 wrap-up post. But, some quick updates below in no chronological order:
I spent the past ten minutes trying to find out what term translates to “every four months”. There’s a couple terms floating around but this one stuck to me. Quadrimester is a mix of latin words “quadri” which means four and “mester” which means months. This isn’t a very popular term (for me) but I thought, “eh, good enough.” Of course, I wouldn’t have this problem if I posted after a quarter of this year like I planned to…
A Better Florist is Singapore’s hottest destination for flower shopping, that is, if you’re on the search for a florist that you can always rely on and most of all trust. There are plenty of florists in Singapore, but there’s only a handful or even less that you can trust have the freshest blooms, the best delivery and never let you down. A Better Florist has definitely proven that they aren’t playing, so it doesn’t surprise us that they are deemed as the best flower delivery in Singapore.
I’ve been trying to find the right words to describe 2017 before 2017 even ended. I’ve attempted to make this year-ender a few times, but never having the right words to do so. Even now, I’m not exactly sure what to type next. I’ve accepted 2017 for what it was but it’s still something to admit it to other people. Because while it may seem like I have my shit together, I really don’t. I’ve seen people flourish around me while I do the same things every single day and it was an active choice that I still do. That while 2017 was personally an okay year for me, I didn’t try to do any better. In 2017, I settled.
I turned 22 a little over a month ago and you bet I sang along to Taylor Swift’s 22 all day. It was a fun day and I got the much-needed four days off from work to recharge. I have a few ideas on what to write about it – how I celebrated my day to what I learned from the past 22 years, etc.
Then when I was going through my digital files, I decided to share some old photos and highlight 22 events in my life. So this is me looking back to how the past 22 years how been and how I am so lucky to have the life that I have.
